Mission Work We Support

Aslan Youth Ministries — Red Bank, NJ
serves the needs of disadvantaged youth and their families in Red Bank, NJ.

Calico Cat Food Pantry and Thrift Shoppe
supplies food to needy families in Monmouth County.

Camp Johnsonburg — Johnsonburg, NJ
Presbyterian camp and conference center. All of the activities and attitudes that shape the summer camp program at Johnsonburg are based in scripture.

C.R.O.P. Walk — Church World Service
buys food for the hungry world-wide. Our members sponsor walkers from our congregation.

Evangelism in the Northern Coast of Colombia — Presbytery of the Northern Coast of Colombia
In Colombia, much growth is due to the spontaneous witness of believers, especially lay people who have discovered the power of the Gospel in their own lives and want to share it with their friends. This money provides Bible training, support materials, transportation to strategy meetings, etc., to train Evangelism Enablers within the Presbytery of the Northern Coast who work in their own neighborhoods or move to new ones to minister there as part of the community.

Holmdel Convalescent Center — Holmdel, NJ
Congregation youth periodically visit with residents of the Holmdel Convalescent Center.

Homeless Action Team
provides one-time emergency help to Monmouth county families to prevent eviction from their homes.

Kitchen at St. Mark's — North Middletown, NJ
provides hot meals to the needy in the northern Middletown area. About half of the meals are delivered to shut-ins.

Manna House — Cliffwood Beach, NJ
provides shelter, consulting and support for one year to homeless mothers and their children. Guests from Manna House attend the Christian Education committee’s Lunch with Santa. Deacons organize Christmas Gift Giving to former families of Manna House from congregation members.

One Great Hour of Sharing — Presbyterian Church (USA) General Assembly
provides emergency relief, development aid, and assistance for refugees in more than 100 countries around the world, including the U.S. and Canada.

Unified Giving for General Mission — Presbytery, Synod, and General Assembly
supports the adopted budgets of the Presbytery of Monmouth, the Synod of the Northeast, and the General Assembly, enabling them to effectively and realistically set goals and priorities for the mission of the whole church.

A visit from Santa at the Christmas party.
